Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes
- Inspect products at various stages of production
- Document quality issues and recommend improvements
- Train team members on quality standards and procedures
- Collaborate with design and production teams to resolve quality concerns
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
